Japanese collectors were treated to their very own vintage set of Star Wars cards. These cards were oversized (3 1/2" by 5"). They were also unnumbered. A total of 36 cards completed a set. Cards were available, either in a 'gamble' book containing 33 cards in a paper pocket tied together with a string, or in cellophane packs of 4 with a header. Thanks to my good friend Trevor Mitchell, I own some of the cellophane packs, and will be breaking them open soon in order to provide a proper checklist for this set.
